AMD A8 6600K sudden lag, sudden low FPS

good day..i need help..im using AMD A8 6600k with GT630 video card.. why is it after 20-30 minutes of playing dota 2 (video settings = low) my FPS drop down from 70-80fps to 20-30 fps? i can really feel the lag. and i really dont know why is it happening. my PC can surpass dota 2 system requirements. i also tried the iGPU Radeon HD8570D and still same problems.
anyone please help..

Note: CPU and GPU never been OCed (Overclocked)

Desktop specs:
CPU - AMD A8 6600k 3.9ghz
CPU cooler - Tuniq Tower extreme 120
GPU - Geforce GT 630 1GB DDR5 128bit
iGPU - Radeon HD 8570D
Mobo - MSI A88X-G45 gaming
Ram - 2x4gb Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz
PSU - true rated 500 watts

sounds like something is overheating and throttling itself. I'd recheck your thermal paste on the CPU and also make sure your fans on both your CPU and GPU are clean and functional.

i already tried replacing thermal paste thrice bro. peasize method.
Tuniq TX-3
Deepcool Z5.

i really dont know why is it happening..

AMD A8 6600K's internal graphics Radeon HD 8570HD is far better than your graphics card GeForce GT 630. Remove your graphics card and ruin games on internal graphics of your APU. You can run all games at medium-high settings with good fps.
