Hello guys

As the title says, i am building an entry level gaming pc for medium level gaming, not maxed out 1080p gaming. I need to play upcoming 2015 and 2016 games in medium settings 720p. Mainly GTA 5. I am really in tight budget. I am confused which one to choose? APU Kaveri A8 7600 or cpu like pentium g3258 or fx 4300 and gpu setup like Amd 7770 or r7 240 or 250. Please suggest me. I cannot buy costly graphics card and cpu. I need 720p medium settings for gta 5 and other games.

Solution
stick with amd for GTA as it is a console port and consoles use amd hardware. having said that id say 6350 cpu and a 7870 or 7850 will get you great fps on 1080p

for the more budget oriented a 7770 can do it on 720p and on high settings. (at least I would guess) and 30fps
for medium settings on 720p id guess a 4350 and 7770 would suffice.
get 8 gb ram in dual channel and some cheap hard drive for $60

psu from anywhere around 500W should work

if you can wait a bit and save a little more money you can get a used 8350 on ebay for $150 and 7870 for another $150. both are really cheap for their power.
The Pentium G3258 is a little bit slow, and the A8 7600 doesn't have a good GPU.
Depends on which games you will play. GPU intensive games will run better on the "Pentium G3258 and R7 250" and games more CPU intensive will play better on the "AMD A8 7600" build.

CPU Intensive games: ARMA III, Skyrim, etc.
GPU Intensive games: Battlefield 3, Metro 2033, etc.

I Need to play mainly Gta 5 medium to high settings at 720p or 1080p above 30fps and some other main games coming this year. Ok how about AMD FX 4300 and amd 7770 hd 1gb graphics card? Tell some budget graphics card and processor.

Well if you can buy an used HD 7870 or 7950 if you can confirm with the seller that it works and wasn't used for mining, get that and buy a FX 6xxx.
The FX 4xxx are almost the same as the AMD A8-7600
And for GTA5, that game isn't well optimized, so not a lot of GPUs will get great FPS. You will have to look at benchmarks out there.
