can you use a AMD a8 7600 with a Sapphire Radeon r7 260x in dual graphics or is an AMD Athlon 760k with the Sapphire Radeon r7 260x better

You can't use the R7-260x in Dual Graphics Mode with the APU. But you can use it as a discrete card. But if you do that, the Athlon X4 760K would be better. It is a faster processor than the APU.
