sir, i am confused betwween choosing lenovo laptops powered by AMD A8 elite quadcore and intel i3 ( fourth generation). as i heard that amd A8 processor powered laptops have problem of over heating on long usage say 4 hrs.
is lenovo amd has same heating problems? and as graphics frame rate is less in amd than intel so, having graphic card made AMD to stand with intel core i3?

please solve my queries!!

The i3 is miles ahead better then the a8 for day to day system use.

The A8 does have a better integrated GPU then intel.
Now for 1080p playback or any day to day use the intel integrated graphics is more then fine (i run a celeron for my htpc to play 1080p blu ray movies on my xbmc box in the living room).

The ONLY thing that AMD has over the Intel, is if you really really want to game on low settings and are only willing to spend/save < $500.

the 4th gen i3 should be far superior to the amd a8 cpu no question asked ... and the a8 does have alot of heat yes but i dont see it as a major problem
