AMD A8 upgrade with ram

Okay here my question people. I currently have an A6-3400M with 4gb of ddr3 1333 ram in total. I'm looking to upgrade my processor to either an A8-3500M with DDR3 1333 2x4gb cas 7 or A8-3510MX with DDR3 1600 2x4gb laptop cas 9. Now I do just about everything on this laptop but the main focus is games so which setup do you prefer I get.

A8-3500M with DDR3 1333 2x4gb cas 7
OR
A8-3510MX with DDR3 1600 2x4gb cas 9

Neither, the upgrade simply wouldn't be worth it. Your gaming gains would be next to nothing. Save your money and get a new PC down the road.

Hmmmm I did wanted to wait for the new A8's and A10's coming out later this year, do you think it's worth it instead of upgrading?

Yeah I would definitely wait for Kaveri. It would be well worth it.
