Or, alternatively, they could bundle the games and openly state that the games are costing triple the normal sticker price and it would not affect sales in the slightest. What is the point in offering a bundle other than to tease?

I'll never understand that mentality of "I'm really buying this hardware for [hardware price minus game costs] and the games at the same time!"
