Hi All,
Here are my computer specs (Please let me know if you need more information):
Here is some gameplay footage from 17.7.1 compared to footage from Adrenalin.
Also, for more information about how I did my DDU, I booted my computer into safe mode, then I chose the "clean and restart" option in DDU. I restarted my computer, deleted the AMD file, and then went to the AMD website to download and install the 17.12.1/Adrenalin driver.
Finally, I used MSI Afterburner to see if it could've been a hardware issue but it doesn't seem like it is.
I would like to keep Adrenalin because it has the "Separate Microphone Track" option. But if there is no solution to this problem then I will downgrade back to 17.7.1. Thank you so much!

Here is some gameplay footage from 17.7.1 compared to footage from Adrenalin.
Hiccup Clips (Adrenalin): The screen seems to freeze for a split second every 5 seconds. It's a lot more noticeable when not on Youtube.
Non-Hiccup Clips (17.7.1): This was all I had and it looks smooth.
