Question AMD Adrenalin Edition ?

Hello and thanks in advance...I have an RX 7900 XTX graphics card ...
When i run the games with the afmf ( fluid motion frames ) for example in a game like assasins creed mirage the fps shows me around 300 fps through the adrenalin fps counter
but the benchmark fps of the game itself shows 110....which is true and which is false??
