AMD APP SDK Runtime fails to install

Like the title says. No matter what version I use (12.3/4/6/8) AMD APP SDK Runtime fails to install every time. There are no error messages it just tells me that it has failed. And as a side-effect I cannot access the control center.

Any help? It's really annoying to have to disable crossfire manually, I really need the Control center back.

I have the same problem. I could make the control center to work (i manually removed all the ATI/AMD files and registry keys) but i still can't install anymore the AMD APP SDK. I tried in all possible ways, I always get an installation error. Has anyone solved this issue?
