AMD APU A6-6400k or VGA Digital Alliance HD 4350 512mb ddr2 64 bit ?

Hello all, first im using :
Processor : AMD A6-6400k
RAM : 4gb (Usable 2,2gb if im not using virtual vga i think 3,3gb ++)
OS : windows xp

and i have VGA Digital Alliance HD 4350 512mb ddr2 64 bit, and the question is, what's better im using this VGA or im using VGA in amd-6400k ?
