Can I run the game with this build on a stable 60 fps?

APU Build:

MOBO: MSI A68HM-P33 V2
CPU/APU: AMD X4 A10 7800
RAM: Kingston 2x8GB DDR3 1600MHz HyperX Fury Black KIT
SSD: Western Digital 120GB Green SATA3
PSU: Corsair 350W VS350

Solution
Well yes the r7 250 can definitely run LoL, but ddr5 is twice as fast as ddr3.

I think if there's any chance at all that you will play other games on it then get the rx 460 as it can play modern AAA games no problem. Otherwise, the r7 250 will do for LoL

99Hack: I know the requirements, but i don't know how would it work with an APU even if it listed in the requirements!

LucoTF: Yes and Yes! :D

I want to build the cheapest build as possible for my friend that can run the game on stable 60fps.

He don't have much money and he want to play only with League of Legends.
He plays from Season 2 but his PC was old and the hardware components died.

Thats the reason why i want an APU build and the other reason is that this config is a good setup and later we can add a better GPU, but if i go for a non APU build from the same money i have to buy a weaker CPU+GPU (example: AMD A6 5400K + Nvidia GT730 2Gb), but thats still costs more than an APU.

Good News!
I found a year old Intel i3 4170 (2x3.7GHz) CPU and 2x2Gb DDR3 1066Mhz in my flat, this one have an Intel HD Graphics 4400...I wonder how it would run paired with an ssd.

That's excellent news :D

Just add a motherboard and graphics card:

I also found a FSP 300W PSU 80+ Bronze which i think will be enough for this setup!
RX460 wouldn't be too much for the game? What do you think about the MSI R7 250 2Gb GDDR3? It's just $59.99!
