Hello everyone. I have an AMD A10-5800k APU. Due to the fact that it was overheating and shutting down due to its turbo feature (boost automatically up to 4.2MHz from the base clock of 3.8), since i was also using its iGPU with stock cooler. To counter that, i had reduced the APU's clock speed to 3.4MHz in the AMD Catalyst software, which also disabled the turbo function.
I just upgraded to an RX 480 yesterday, and i uninstalled the old drivers and installed the ones for my new GPU. However, the APU's multiplier was still locked at x34. I tried changing clock speeds/multiplier in the bios, with no luck.
Is there a way to change it back to its default speed without having to format or reinstall the old drivers? Thank you in advance!
