AMD APU laptops

Simple question really.

What is the powerfullest laptop AMD powers using APU technology before it turns into Ryzen based systems

Ryzen Pro series are mobile APU's.

Ryzen 7 PRO 2700U with Vega 10
Ryzen 5 PRO 2500U with Vega 8
Ryzen 3 PRO 2300U with Vega 6

For an APU they are decent.

Pre Ryzen the fastest would be A12-9830P which is much slower than anything with an MX150 "A.K.A 1030gt"
