AMD APU s?

Hello, I got an asus m11bb I already talked about it on other thread.
The thing is I only play CS GO, i got 70fps on 800*600.
I got an AMD APU a4-6300 and HD 8370D (igpu).
Does anyone know, if I install windows 7, is going to be better?
Btw, is the entire performance going to increase?

Well windows 7 is not much utilized for AMD CPUs or APUs. So I would suggest installing Windows 8.1. It has much better CPU utilization capacity than Windows7. Also if you have a genuine windows version, you can upgrade to Windows 10 when it is officially launched. Windows 8.1 will also utilize much less memory to run as well. That would be crucial since the Craphic core in the APU will share the System RAM with the CPU cores and in games, this will matter a lot.
