The Trinity Radeon HD 7660D would be equivalent to the Richland Radeon HD 8670D. Richland APU added official support for DDR3-2133 RAM, while Trinity APU worked with DDR3-2133 RAM most of the time, it was not guaranteed.

So yes, the 7660d is better than 8570d as long as DDR3-2133 RAM is used.
