AMD APU throttling when gaming FOR NO REASON

I've got a Quad-Core AMD A10-5745M APU at 2.1Ghz (up to 2.9Ghz on ''Turbo Core'')
The problem is that it throttles itself for no reason ONLY WHEN GAMING, not in stability tests, nor benching, etc...
When it's idle, the frequency is always 2.5Ghz - 2.7Ghz, but just as I start a game, it goes down to 2Ghz and never changes.
And I'm sure it's not sort of a thermal throttling because when I minimize the game, the speed goes back up within seconds, almost instantly. I have the WIN8 task manager and CPU-Z to monitor it.
I've researched as much as I could about this (I've disabled core parking, every single power management option possible set to max performance including the minimum 100% of CPU in power plan settings etc...)

It's remarkable that when in loading screens of games, the speed is normal, but just as soon as the game shows up, the throttling occurs.
I'ts just so weird.

The CPU temp never passes 63°C, and there is no Cool n' Quiet option in BIOS to disable it.

Sorry for my bad english and any help is highly appreciated :).

What stability tests have you run exactly? since both CPU and GPU are on the same die when gaming both components heat up simultaneously, running Prime95 on it's own will only load the CPU, loading Furmark or similar on it's own will only load the iGPU so you don't see in neither case both components working at the same time, while gaming however both work together and might be causing a thermal throttle down.

You can verify this by monitoring your temps while gaming, use HWMonitorPro or similar enabling it's log feature, this way you'll be able to review what exactly happened while you were gaming.

@RaDiKal_

I've run every AIDA64 and AOD tests, and, forgot to mention, but I use SpeedFan as well to monitor both GPU's and CPU.

When I minimize the game, the speed goes back up almost instantly, so there's not enough time gap for the CPU and GPU's to cool down.

Gonna try what you mentioned, but the doubt is still there.

Thanks for your fast reply :)

Thats just how the apu behaves, you cant force it to turbo boost its self. It turns off turbo boost for heat and power consumption issues that are not controlled by the user.

My a10 5750m does the exact same thing when running games with around the same temps.

That's sad :/.... Are you completely sure you cant lock the turbo core speed on?

Is it possible to trick the processor or something?

I have 12GB of RAM at 1600MHz, and no, I'm using the Radeon R7 M260 dedicated graphics card that came with the laptop.

Any thoughts?
