Good enough to over clock athlon in x6 1055t and how much can it go on the clock from 2.8?

well, h55..
even it's not best liquid cooler, it's still good enough to handle your 1055T clock at 3.4-3.5 Ghz..maybe more. depend on your environment temperature..
you should try it by your self..
remember, 55'c is the critical point for x6..so, if your temperature already touch this number, then you should lowering your overclock setting..
