Amd athlon 2 x3 Issue N68C-GS FX

will a amd athlon 2 x3 450 tri-core 3.2ghz socket am3 95 w processor work in the asrock n68c-gs fx board? its not listed but the board can take up to a 95w and its a am3 socket so i dont see why not just want to be sure
