Amd Athlon 64 x2 4200+ with Radeon 7770?

Hello,
does anybody know if a Radeon HD 7770 will be bottlenecked severely by my AMD Athlon 64 x2 4200+?
My full specs:
AMD Athlon 64 x2 4200+
4GB DD1 RAM
ASUS A8N-E Motherboard
I will mainly be playing battlefield 3
and was wondering if I can get a good frame rate opposed to my Nvidia gt630 Palit

Yes, I think you will have a large bottleneck with the 7770. I previously used a 4400+ overclocked to 2.6ghz and it slightly bottlenecked my GTS250. The 7770 is a lot faster than my GTS250 was, so it would make the situation worse. In most games I was limited by my CPU.

Okay, thank you for the replty. I am using MSI afterburner and In battlefield 3 GPU usage is70% max

Maybe this is a bit late now but just for the record, i've benched an Athlon X2 4200+ at 2,4ghz (with 4GB ddr1 as yours) with both a Geforce 8800GTS 512M and a ATI 7870, and they scored pretty close in 3dmark 2006. The 8800GTS did 8200 3Dmarks and the ati 7870 did nearly 9000 3dmarks so yeah, there's was HUGE cpu bottleneck
