Amd Athlon 7750x2 BE 1.4V

Im @ 42C under load at 1.35Vcore, is 1.4Vcore safe? What can i expect to see lifetime wise from overclocking the voltage if temps arent high? fyi im at 3.3Ghz atm. Starts @ 2.7Ghz.
