Question AMD Athlon 950 working on only 2 cores

On the internet it says that this is 4 cores CPU, and it is. But mine i working on only 2. I checked msconfig Boot tab and opened Advenced options, but i have only 1 and 2 as option. I also tried a CoreUnpacker program, but it also says only 2 cores enabled. Solution?

where exact did you see working 2 cores?
sometime they see it as 2 cores with 4 thread.

Run>mscofig>Boot>Advenced options>Number of Processors and there i have only 2. In the CpucoreParcking program there is also only 2 cores. And in the antivirus program Advenced System Care, on the temperatures page there says 2 cores working. It says 2 cores and 4 threads everywhere, but it should be 4 cores and 4 threads. I don't know where else to check.
