i own an older computer wich i want to upgrade with this processor
my motherboard support 140W (GA-870A-UD3 motherboard)

i currently combine this with an AMD HD 5570 1GB DDR3 gpu
and i wish to upgrade this as well and i'm looking at an Radeon R7 360 X (if all possible)

aswel does mixing this HD5570 together with this R7 be a good idea or will it yield no gain in terms of performance ?

have an 300W-350W peak power supply

is there a great combination for this ? to hopefully play some latest games at a decent rate ?

i do not have the amazing luxury to build something from scratch so upgrading to squeezing some juice for little years to come out of this old buddy is currently the only choice i have.

You can find all the supported CPU's here: http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/cpu-support-popup.aspx?pid=3423

Your motherbd does not support SLI or CrossFire so there will be no 'gain'. Your second PCIE x16 slot is only wired with x4 which is shared with the two PCIEx1 slots. If you install anything into the second x16 slot then the two x1 slots are turned off. Make sure you don't need them. You could sell the HD5570 or use it to run a second monitor. It should work ok for basic video in x4 mode.
