I have an Athlon II X4 640 sitting around used once.

Would this combo be the best option to get it working for just slightly over the $100 BUDGET (yes $100 is the MAX.. not $150.. not $200.. not 'get a second job').

later on:

get another 2GB of RAM, then Windows7 OEM.

Then maybe upgrade the 4670 and power supply ?

If I was to upgrade later, would something like a 5770 cover up the SATA slots on that gigabyte ?

Alrighty.

What temps should I be looking at the AMD when I put it in? The ones before I go "OMG THAT'S TOO HOT"
