I am wondering what is the maximum overclocking MH'z for the processor. Currently I have it overclocked to 3520 MH'z. Originally default it is set to 3200, Can I go anymore?
It is 3.5 Ghz, but is capable of achieving 4.1 Ghz via Turbo. If the system needs that extra power and if the CPU is cool enough, without you overclocking it.
You can manually overclock FX6300 to 4.5 Ghz or even higher with good CPU and cooler.
I just have a normal fan over the CPU, currently like I said It's over clocked to 3520 MH'Z and its reaching around 70 degrees celsius is that a lot or should I keep going? Should I get a better cooling system rather then CPU?
Depending on what you want to achieve, if you are fine with its current performance then I don't see why you should upgrade your CPU. However, if you're looking to overclock the CPU even more for the sake of overclocking then yes, a better CPU cooler is required.
70C is alright if it's under load temp, if that's an idle temp, you need to downclock your CPU.
No, I am not fine with its performance. That's the current reason why I am overclocking. The new processor I want is here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113331 Would you recommend me getting that, and that a watering cooling system to overclock that one?
A10-6800K or APU in general doesn't do well in CPU performance even when comparing to Athlon. If you're planning onto upgrading then I would request a budget for both CPU/motherboard. Or just CPU depending on your motherboard.

No idle is 56C.
No taht chip would probably perform about the same or wose, and would require a new motherboard. your current chip is AM3 and that chip you linked is FM2.
It'll perform better, but not worth the money for that difference. A10-6800K contains CPU + GPU, and part of your money for this processor goes to that GPU. Therefore, it would be better for you to put all of your money towards a pure CPU as it will perform better for what you paid for
You could go for FX6300, FX8320 as examples. Again, what CPU you can get depends on your budget.

It's 3.5ghz and turbo boosts up to 4.1ghz, but you can't worry just about ghz. A faster chip doesn't not always mean better. Number of cores and efficency of the cores is more important.

If you don't mind the noise thats fine dude.
Water cooling will bring it down a lot though haha.
