AMD Athlon X4 750 OC

Hello guys i want to oc my cpu and i have no idea how to do can someone explain me the voltages and multipliers and stuff i would like a 10% oc atleast kuz i want to buy a gtx 1050ti also i have a good cooler. Not a stock one.
Also my cpu is 750 not the 750k one

Cpu: Amd Athlon x4 750
Mb: Biostar A58ml
