AMD Athlon x4 750K overheating issue?

Hello,

I recently installed cpuid monitoring program because my pc was overheating and coolers are too loud and i noticed that my CPU maximum heat in 4k video is 110 °C. Do you know why is that, is CPU used up too much and started working like it shouldn't or is it because of a bad stock cooler? What is the problem with it?

try using a different piece of software at that temp it would of melted.

I tried using "open hardware monitor" and it says it doesn't heat up more than 70 °C. Is that an okay temperature for this cpu?
