I have had this CPU for two years now and it is still running perfect. I just want to upgrade to a better CPU but still keep the same socket (FM2+). Which CPU would be a good upgrade for this? Will there be any problems on Windows if I change the CPU? Thanks. UPDATE: Just today this CPU jumped up to 111°C!!

I don't think there is a better CPU that is really worth buying for your platform, I think the best CPU for the FM2+ socket is less than 10% faster than the one you have. If you have high temps on it, you should remove the heatsink, clean up the surfaces, and re-install it with new thermal paste.
