AMD Athlon x4 760K Vs Intel Pentium G3258

Any opinions on these cpu's differences for gaming? (including OC)

The Pentium is more than capable in most games and has a pretty good upgrade path where as the 760K is better in multithreaded games/applications and doesn't have a large upgrade path.
My personal preference would be the G3258 but it depends on when and if you plan on upgrading.
