Greetings!

I am building a new PC from scratch up. I am building it so it can last a few years (4 or 5) without upgrading. The one I am typing on is 11 years old. I am on a tight budget ~ 450 dollars.
So I thought about getting AMD Athlon X4 860K and a GeForce GTX 650. Would they perform well together? And what would be a suitable motherboard? Also, is some extra cooling for CPU and GPU needed?

P.S.
Should I go the extra couple of dollars and get GeForce GTX 650 Ti? I would like to play new games, but it needn't be on ultra or very high settings.

Not sure the Athlon could keep up with games for 4-5 years... The 650 CERTAINLY couldn't; at least at 1080p that is.
Get an R7 260X; it's the PS4 GPU, essentially. But make sure to get a 2GB if you want it to last more than a year or two (if you're playing on high resolutions).
Love the Kaveri CPU you have; just don't expect it to last for 5 years if it's for gaming purposes :)

So, I won't have any problems with components "bottlenecking" one another no matter what graphic card I chose? What would be your recommendation for a motherboard? I guess I won't be needing any extra cooling then?
