AMD Athlon X4 860K Good for video editing?

I'm tryin to build a PC for video editing for no more than $400.
I'm trying to see if a AMD Athlon X4 860Kis good enough.
Let me know what you guys think and if you have any alternatives.

Yeah, that CPU is probably the best for what you're looking for at that price range.
