Amd athlon x4 860k paired with rx560 bottlenecking

I was woundering will my amd athlon x4 860k bottleneck my rx560.

My setup is:
Cpu: amd athlon x4 860k
Mobo: asrock fm2a68m-hd
Ram: 2x4 gb ddr3 1866 mhz kingston hyperx
Hdd: wd 1 tb
Psu: corsair vs series 450w
