AMD Athlon X4 860K Running too hot idle

Solution
Thermal margin of 48-55c is absolutely fine - in fact its good.

The thermal margin actually takes the max temp of 72c & shows how much thermal headroom is left.

Eg. A thermal margin of 50c means your CPU is actually around 22c ie. 72-50=22.

50-61c at idle is pretty high. Make sure that you don't have any dust buildup in the heatsink, and that the fan is properly working. If everything is good, and you don't have any blockage in the heatsink, I would think about re-applying some good thermal paste, and see if that helps. If you are still getting those temps after re-applying paste, I would think about a new cooler.

I only made this pc on the 25th of nov, I went into Amd overdrive and my thermal margin was 48-55 degrees Celsius
