AMD Athlon X4 860K with a 350W PSU?

Im just wondering if my PSU that came with my Asus PC is able to handle an AMD Athlon X4 860K with an Radeon R7 240 GPU. Also I would use a 2.5 250GB HDD and 1x 8GB DDR3 ram. I will not be using an optical drive just yet.
In the future I will be buying a new case that comes with a power supply (500W) or I could buy a cheap power supply. Is it worth the big investment to buy a EVGA 500W PSU?
Please note that i am not planning overclocking this system.

For that setup, the power supply is fine, but its reliability and functional life is an unknown.

I would not buy a new case, just buy a decent Corsair PSU, they're not expensive.
