Amd/Ati catalyst control center won't open?

I dont get any error message ( it used to but it went away when I tried re-installing it) on task manager it tries to start ccc.exe but closes right away MOM.exe is running though
things i have tried:
updating drivers,
reinstalling,
restarting my computer,
and a few other things

also I don't know if it matters but i have a amd radeon hd 6620g graphics card
