Hello,
I see people asking on various forums, everyday, why they have a black border around their TV screen with an AMD vid card.

What possible advantage could there be to having the driver set to 8% underscan by default? And then making the setting hard to find?!

Their driver writers must be on meth.

Obviously, I don't share your opinion of this matter. Personally, when I first bought an HDTV, I noticed the black borders, and looked all over the CCC, and failed to find it. Part of the problem, was that I wasn't even sure what to look for, or if the problem was a setting in CCC. I had to do a google search, and comb forums to find the answer. Do a google search for "black borders TV ATI" and you'll see there are a lot of others that asked the same question. Worse, there are a lot of people that give the wrong answers leading these poor schmucks on a wild goose chase of troubleshooting.
