AMD audio device not picking up Microhpone or Speakers?

Hello,

I'm trying to use my AMD High Definition Audio Device which is showing up in my device manager successfully and is enabled and up to date.

Normally, there is an E-MU E-DSP Audio Processor (WDM) as the driver, I used to be able to disable that and my AMD driver would work so I can use my headset but it's not working anymore.

I plug my headset in and it isn't picking up the speakers or microphone for some strange reason.

As I said, this used to work fine with no problems, with Vista, then I upgraded to Windows 7 and it hasn't worked since.

Thanks!

To switch your audio mixer from the default to the AMD audio:
Go into your Control Panel, under hardware and sound, select sound and you will be able to disable/enable devices and set defaults.
