AMD best APU or CPU for laptop

I was confused on AMD APUsand I keep seeing all kinds of things and I'm looking to upgrade soon. I'm kind of a AMD guy. I dont think amd has anything yet that can beat my current cpu thats in my current rig which is a FX 8350 and I wanting to get a decent gaming/workstation laptop. any suggestions is nice and if someone can tell me AMDs best APU is that would be great cause I'm confused.

hey bro.. maybe you want to wait till ryzen is released ... currently they are focused for workstations ... but soon AMD will release ryzen for laptops and mobile series ... so that will be a good time to get a laptop with AMD cpu ....

Zen based APU's are supposed to be dropping later in 2017, Q2 as far as I know.

These will have HBM - probably Polaris graphics baked in DDR4 suppoprt, NVMe support.

If you are looking for a APU based machine, summer looks your best bet.

Currently, for mobile, A10 is (from what i can see) the highest spec.

Will AMD ZEN based APUs be better than a FX 8350 and or better than a I7 6820HQ? Also do you think they will have support for there 480 or 490 in the summer for there laptops?
