AMD boot kit - cannot access BIOS after Mobo flash

Had to get a boot kit in order to use my new Ryzen 7 2700x on my ASROCK ab350 pro 4 .

With the Ryzen 7 I could not access BIOS so I needed a BIOS update which ASROCK stated on their website.
As my Mobo was version 3.30 and I needed version 4.70 in order to use my Ryzen.

The website says I need to update to 3.40 before I update to 4.7.
So I do this with the AMD boot kit (a8 9600) the BIOS update says it has finished - press enter to reboot. I do this and the PC fans etc turn on but no display from either port whether it is GPU or Mobo.

So I tried everything. 1. Jumper cmos reset. No
2. Remove cmos for 20 minutes with power disconnected. No
3. Remove GPU / ram . No
4. Tried putting my Ryzen cpu instead with and without ram / could. No
5. Removed SATA cables . No

I seriously have no idea what to try now. ASROCK support is useless as I'll be waiting near a week for a reply.

Fixed it . I don't know which fixed it but I took out the cmos battery again and also rearranged the ram as I had it in a1 and b1. It is now a2 and b2.
