Is the fx 6300 good enough for streaming and playing for the price of £80 or should i go for the fx 8350 instead? costing around £130

Solution
Keep a few things in mind tho.
Next gen video card is about to come out. (summer)
And Amd zen is coming out end of this year. I'm not telling you to get the most updated item. Caz the price will not fit the budget. But when new stuff come out. They will need to clear inventory. So price will drop.
it not just the CPU. it the setup. what do you have in mind? motherboard, video card, ram, hdd, psu, cooling, etc etc.
and what kinda build are you trying to do?
streaming as in video streaming like kodi, youtube. or you want to do things like life stream upload to youtube when gaming?
playing as in games? what type of games and what setting? for example if you want to play games like GTA5, Dark Souls 3, Total War, Hitman... or games like candy crash on pc or facebook games?

I want to be able to play high end games like battle field, csgo and gta 5 those kinds of games, and i want to be able to record them for youtube and maybe stream on twitch here's my build http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/6QJwr7 I'm trying to keep my budget around £600

+cryorig h7 from alternate https://www.alternate.co.uk/Cryorig/H7/html/product/1174912 if u want to it outpeforms the evo ina nyway.

also this build will destroy simply every amd build.

Be able to play high end games.well if u want to play at 1080p resolution,it is impossible for less than 600$but if you don't care about the resolution AMD wouldn't be a good choice for recording.i would be better to consider buying the i5 6400 which outperforms all the AMD CPUs and u will see better temps and lower bills from electric companies .so the build that superninja12 mentioned should be best for and you will probably be able to play games at 1080p

Just for the info 1080 is not high resolution. Thats the standard now adays. It all about the Gpu for games. he is using euro not usd. He wants to get the R9 380 and it a very powerful video card.

I came across with http://wccftech.com/fx-8370-i5-6400-gaming-comparison/
The benchmark surprise me. I would never even though an fx would come close to an i5 6400.
