AMD build-Ready? Yes or No

I wanted to buy something Fast, quite and powerful for gaming, animation and editing. For Christmas I got Far cry 3 in a CD for PC. So I have been deciding what I wanted to build for a while. I like Intel i5's especially the Ivy bridges. But I'm built an AMD, I am at a budget around 750. I wanted to concentrate on the graphics card.

Well it is OK and it will work but how have you been concentrating on the graphics card?The 550 Ti is pretty much the lowest end gaming card you can buy right now.

The CPU is light years ahead in terms of technology (it gets faster than a 3570K when they are both overclocked)
The case is overall better(yes it's air flow is better).
It lacks a CPU cooler, but you can get one in the future when you actually need it.
The RAM kit is exactly the same specs wise but looks better.
The power supply is a bit better.
The Optical drives used in the builds are pretty much identical.
It's hard drive is faster and more reliable.
It's motherboard is, well they are not directly comparable but it's two classes higher.
And its graphics card is more than twice faster.

Thank you, I really appreciate the help. I think this might be the computer I will build. To be honest I wasn't very interested in the AMD cpu.

My Phenom II x4 970 BE is no slouch in the gaming department. So let's not just write off a wonderfully performing chip just because the technology is considered 'old'.
