AMD Catalyst Control Center cannot be started.

AMD Catalyst Control Center cannot be started. There are currently no settings that can be ocnfigured using AMD CCC. I started to get this error and I tried everything i could find to fix it but it didn't work (only not reformatting my PC). Things that I tried:
- Reinstalling
- Deleting from device manager

Anything that I could try?
