AMD catalyst ERROR not signed

I have tried to install it but it keeps giving me this error, I have tried to uninstall to try again but that didn't help.
PLS help.

is it saying the driver isnt signed when you install it? you should just be able to hit continue anyways or something like that

Yes i can but gta vice city is still saying it cant find enough video memory and far cry wont load at all.

I have the amd radeon 3650.
Yes it is old i know but its for a retro gaming pc.

try the uninstalling the current driver and software and try this one (get the catalyst software suite)

I was already using that one but i still tryed it but it didnt work.

hm. only thing I can think of is... is the time and date correct on the PC?

maybe try an older driver?

It actualy installed now im going to test a game now,(2 min later)YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!
