amd catalyst graphics bad

I updated my drivers for my amd card to the new catalyst software, but now some of the games I run run at low frame rates and are really slow. I think the computer is using my intel graphics card instaed of my amd card. does anyone know how to make it so that I can make it look better or use my amd card in catalyst.

do you mean it using a previous nvidia card? if so uninstall the drivers from old card then install new cards drivers. what is your computer specs?

no, I mean that when I bought the computer it had two graphics cards in it. an amd and a intel graphics 4400. the Intel is very bad and I want to use the amd for my games. I didn't have this problem until the new catalyst software update came to update the drivers. now I get terrible frame rates and I want to know how to assign the amd card to the game through catalyst like in the old software by setting it to high performance.
