AMD Catalyst Install Manager can't be uninstalled, only repair or change

My AMD Catalyst is not opening, so per the solution in the forum regarding this issue I must download first the AMD C. C. C., then uninstall the previous version but the "uninstall" is not an option for some reason which seems odd.

try computer - program files --ati --cim --bin64--then run setup

and see if it firesup the manager to uninstall
