Amd ccc doesnt open

Hello, i have been trying to find a way to fix amd ccc because it wont open. before i had the version before 14.4(i dont remember what was it) and i decided to update but i removed the drivers since i got a new gpu r9 270x and then i installed 14.4 and when i went to open amd ccc and it wouldnt open it didnt even give me an error, i restarted like it told
me to but it didnt fix at all. Help

Download CCC 14.9 or 14.4. I haven't used the new version yet myself so it's up to you which version you download, but make sure you have a good uncorrupted copy of the installer.

Then, download and run Display driver uninstaller:

Follow the directions including allowing it to boot to safe mode in order to uninstall all the leftover drivers, bits and pieces.

Then reinstall the CCC package, whichever you decide to use. I'd recommend using the 14.4 first, since you know it worked before, but you might want to update to the 14.9 if using the 14.4 doesn't work out. If you do that, make sure to go through the process of using the display driver uninstaller again before trying the 14.9 version.
