Only if you are willing to pay $600+ for one, otherwise AMD and Nvidia don't give much of a damn about you and MSRPs for next-gen GPUs are expected to go up substantially in lockstep with performance improvements.

Those crazy GPU prices may kill off PC gaming: you have a small amount of enthusiast PC gaming willing to pay however much it takes to get their addiction serviced while more casual gamers like me simply can't justify the expense and may just give up on most PC gaming.

It may be temporary but some people need a GPU now/soon/yesterday, not two years from now.

And it is entirely possible that something new will drive another major demand spike. For example, L5 fully autonomous self-driving will likely end up requiring 10-50X more processing power than current FSD systems have and the entire fleet of cars marketed with FSD will need multiple FSD system upgrades to meet marketing specs. Add Google, Uber, Lyft, etc. all ordering L5 FSD fleets for fully-autonomous taxi fleets, likely many more for postal offices and other delivery vehicles, that is going to be a lot of relatively high-end computing power on wheels.
