What you want to find out is what SOCKET a motherboard has. Just because its an AMD processor doesnt mean it fits all AMD boards.
For example. my motherboard socket is 1151. so if i want to upgrade my CPU ever i need to look for a CPU that will go into an 1151 socket.. otherwise i need to upgrade BOTH

just got the motherboard my chip fits in the bourd it powers on but no display will it be the chip
