Solution Colif Jul 15, 2020 Are you on latest Version of Win 10? Current version is 2004. Chipset driver below requires 2004. Have you run windows update? Are you using the chipset driver from Gigabyte website? Version 2.05.04.352 https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/X570-AORUS-PRO-rev-10/support#support-dl-driver-chipset Base clock is 3.6 but it should be able to throttle down below that. Expect installing chipset driver might help there.
