[SOLVED] Amd chipset drivers not working

Does anyone know why when trying to install AMD chipset drivers for my 3700x I get This Message

Do you have latest BIOS?

What motherboard do you have?

yes, and its an aorus x570 pro, the chipset drivers installed fine when I installed win 10 about 2 months ago. another thing am finding odd as well is hwinfo is telling me my min clocks never go below 3500mzh. just ryzen master show different

Are you on latest Version of Win 10? Current version is 2004. Chipset driver below requires 2004.
Have you run windows update?

Are you using the chipset driver from Gigabyte website? Version 2‎.05.04.352

Base clock is 3.6 but it should be able to throttle down below that. Expect installing chipset driver might help there.
