It's a "boost" only for Ryzen x3D processors and Zen5 with two chiplets, It's effective in only small range of games,

Yup. And I have a 7900X which should show me performance gains.

I don't know if they rolled out a partial patch that applies only to X3D and the full one will come later, but tests on the preview version of the next big update were done with 7700X and 9700X which are not dual CCD or X3D and both saw significant performance gains
