Are there any after market coolers that use the same mounting bracket as the amd stock fan?

I found that due to my case choice, if i were to get certain coolers i would need to remove the whole motherboard to screw in the mounts.

Is there a cooler that uses the stock amd mounts? If so what is the best budget fan for it?

Any cooler that is compatible for AMD sockets will use the same mounts already on the motherboard. Moth of the coolers already come with fans.
The Cooler Master 212 EVO and the Cryorig H7 are two extremely popular choices under 40 ish USD.

what i mean is something that is installed just like the stock cpu fan, not something i need to screw into the motherboard.
